Narcisse was born in Harlem, New York in October of 1984. She recently
graduated with her M.A. in Political Science from the Long Island
University.
Cindy
Narcisse has been writing since 1989. Her first poem was published in
1996 for the Pro Choice, Pro Life walk in Washington D.C. and since then
has continued to publish more poetry each year. Her works were also
published in Canada, France, Australia and Germany. |
